Shipping and Delivery - Transport
Bizart does not keep pictures in stock, so each order is produced just for you.
As soon as you place your order, we start producing the picture you have chosen.
It takes between 5 and 8 working days to create your picture.
Added to this is the time it takes for your order to reach its destination.
• For countries in the European Union and the Balkans, add 5-8 working days.
• For the rest of Europe, add 8-10 working days.
• For the United States and Canada, add 10-15 working days.
• For Central and South America, add 15-25 working days.
• For Asia and Australia, add 20-30 working days.
In the shopping basket, when you choose the delivery location, you are given a timeframe for shipping set by the delivery company.
The production time affects the finally date of delivery of your order and appears in the shopping basket.
If the delivery date for your order changes, we will notify you in good time.
You can track the progress of your delivery through the International Tracking Site.
Cost of delivery
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically in the shopping basket when you choose the country for delivery.
We work hard to keep transportation costs as low as possible, given that we sell a very difficult and fragile product.
Delivery costs are determined by:
- total weight
- destination.
Bizart works with Hellenic Post to ensure a reliable and good value service.
Duties
If you live outside the EU, you may have to pay customs duties and taxes.
Bizart has no control over this and cannot provide information about the duties and taxes in each country.
