Returns guarantee

At Bizart, we want all our customers to be pleased and happy with their purchases, and we strive to achieve a high level of quality. However, there may sometimes be slight variations in colour or construction. For your convenience, we have therefore introduced a returns policy, which is explained below.
In addition to our obligations to accept your return, we request that you fill in a form to state the reason (stating the order number) or contact our customer services department on +302102852388.

- As soon as we receive your request, we will take you step by step through the returns procedure.


Please remember

- If you return an item it must be in the original condition in which you received it, in its packaging.

- Include your receipt from the company and the proof of shipping.

- We remind you that we do not refund the cost of returning the item from outside Greece unless it is defective or damaged through our fault.

- Please take a digital photograph of the item to be returned and send it to us by e-mail.
